STEM is an acronym that refers to the academic disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. In recent years, STEM education has become a new education trend, and the education sector has used it as a blueprint for the curriculum design. In addition to cultivating students' interest in these four areas, it is more important to help students improve their creativity, collaboration and problem solving skills.
To align with the development of STEM education, the school has designed and enhanced the school-based curriculum and provided students with a range of activities to arouse their interest in learning. Through the activities, students have opportunities to do experiments by integrating and applying science, technology and mathematics knowledge and skills learnt.
